Troy Flower Shop has always been a family owned and operated establishment. In 1975, Steve and Carla Emert purchased the business. Over the years, there have been many changes, but one thing has remained constant: the Emert family. Steve and Carla, along with their daughter, Andrea, have been committed to serving the Troy and surrounding areas with the highest quality floral products with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Attention to detail and providing the best value have been the hallmarks of Troy Flower Shop. They have been industry leaders in quality, design and product care and handling; the end result is fresh, beautiful flowers and plants for your every need.

Chris has been with Troy Flower Shop since September 2000. She is responsible for all the fresh flower and prop displays on the sales floor in addition to assisting customers with their floral purchases. Chris also designs all the special event body flowers (corsages, boutonnieres and keepsake jewelry) for proms and weddings.
Andrea (Emert) McMasters: (2nd from left) Floral designer, wedding coordinator
After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Andrea came back to Troy Flower Shop in the fall of 2000. She is the principal wedding floral designer and the wedding and event work coordinator. In January 2004, Andrea and her husband, Ryan, had their only child, Colin, who, even at such a young age, is showing much promise as a floral designer.
Carla Emert: Owner, Designer, Buyer: Assuring that only the finest product enters and leaves our store is Carla’s #1 priority. Distinctive design and creativity have made her a well-known name within the floral industry.
